Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping within South Africa is complimentary on all domestic orders
All orders ship in 5 - 7 business days once the specific piece is ready for shipment to you.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address.
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.
Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping to countries outside of South Africa are charged according to the size of the actual hat itself. If more than one piece is ordered we will package orders together.
All orders shipped outside of South Africa are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Millerner.
The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the order. At checkout, you can choose to pay for duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery.
Once the order arrives in your country of residence you will be responsible for all duties and taxes applicable on arrival.
Return & Refund Policy
All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Return requests made after 7 days may only be eligible for store credit.
Return requests for orders placed during the Sale periods must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

For Instagram and Facebook Marketplace orders, please log into the app you purchased from, and initiate your return from there.
We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Millerner, theclient will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5-10 business days of return receipt.
You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Millerner is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SPECIAL ORDERS PLACED OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
