Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping within South Africa is complimentary on all domestic orders

All orders ship in 5 - 7 business days once the specific piece is ready for shipment to you.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address.
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.
Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Bespoke pieces for clients is such a passion of mine. It creates the opportunity for me to match your headwear down to every detail with the rest of your event outfit.
It begins with an initial consultation either virtually or face to face in my studio, where we unpack everything from your head shape and size to the embellishments on your outfit
Whether you are attending the races, mother-of-the-bride or the bride itself, I am honoured to be your milliner of choice for the event!
